I found this recipe in one of my cookery books and thought it would be a perfect use for the lavender from the garden. It’s just a basic sponge recipe and then icing is made with cream cheese, honey, icing sugar, lavender and blue colouring. There is quite a lot of sugar in them so I won’t be sharing any with little ‘T’.
Hopefully my husband will enjoy one or two to keep him going this evening before we go out for dinner tonight (can’t WAIT!)- 3 years today! – Happy Anniversary gorgeous xxxx
